Passwords Needed by CaseDriver

1. ECF:  As we connect your ECF notices to CaseDriver for automated Docket Loading and Claims Capture, we will need your ECF login credentials.  
2. PETITION SOFTWARE:  We will need your credentials to begin using your petition preparation platform if you are using Jubilee or NextChapter and BestCase in the cloud.  
3. If you are a BestCase desktop user, please forward the latest new registration email from BestCase with your credentials to heath@casedriver.com.
4. NDC:  If you have not yet created an account with NDC.org, we ask that you do so now.  After you create the account, you will give us those credentials as well.
5. TRUSTEE PORTALS:  Please provide the credentials for each of the trustee portals you use, such as BlueStylus, BKDocs, Stretto, etc.  
6. TFS BillPay:  If you have not created an account with TFS Billpay, we ask that you do so now.  Provide those credentials as well.

Storing Your Passwords

1. Log into your account on CaseDriver
2. Click  on your name in the top right corner
3. Click on My Profile
4. Look to the left to see a submenu under the word "Profile"
5. Click on Credentials
6. Begin entering your credentials for the various platforms that you see in the "Select Application" dropdown.
