Setting the Client Intake Meeing - Starting our work
Starting CaseDriver Work
- IMPORTANT: Our work on your case does not begin until you have set the Client Intake Meeting for your client
- You may enter a case into CaseDriver so that you may use the CRM functionality to manage your new client getting ready for work to begin.
- You may have a strategic reason for the delay or you may be waiting for attorney fees, to be paid.
Setting the Client Intake Meeting (CIM)
- Open the case by clicking on the Cases icon in the Navigation Panel on the left of your screen.
- Click on the Attorney Tab.
- Click on the blue button labeled "Set CIM with CaseDriver".
- Your customized Calendly link will open in a new browser tab.
- With your client on the phone, choose a time and date that works with their schedule.
- Enter the client name, email and phone information into the Calendly event.
- IMPORTANT: Look at the blue banner at the top of the screen in CaseDriver with your client's case open. Use the copy buttons next to the email and phone information found in the blue banner to copy and paste the exact information into the Calendly event.
Enter the event into Hearings & Meetings
- You may perform this function after ending your call with the client.
- After submitting the Calendly event, return to the case in CaseDriver.
- Click on the Hearings & Meetings Tab.
- Enter a new Meeting by clicking on the Type dropdown and selecting "CIM Appt (Mountain Time)"
- Select the date using the small calendar icon.
- Select the Time converting the time of the meeting to Mountain Standard Time.
- NOTE: This delineation aids the CaseDriver staff as these meetings are conducted whereas CaseDriver is based in the Mountain time zone. This ensures the meetings are conducted at the time your client has chosen.
Our Work Before and After the CIM
- Before the meeting is going to take place, CaseDriver will email and text your client making appropriate introductions and confirming the appointment.
- CaseDriver will send links to the client inviting them to begin uploading documents to their customized portal.
- CaseDriver will send your preferred link to the client inviting them to take the online Credit Counseling Course.
