managing my tasks

Case Tasks

  1. CaseDriver staff will creates tasks in your cases to manage unusual or important events.  You will see those tasks on your by clicking on the Tasks in the Navigation menu on the left, or by opening the cases and looking at their tasks tabs.  
  2. The easiest way to manage tasks is by looking at the 10 Day Outlook panel on the dashboard.  Here, you will see the tasks that are due to be performed inside of the next 10 days only.
  3. You can open each individual case as you view the tasks by using the Open link on the left of each task entry.


Creating a New Task

  1. To create a task in a case, click on the Task Tab from within that case.
