view and manage your firm revenue & Casedriver expenses

Your Firm Revenue

  1. CaseDriver tracks the revenue you earn in your bankruptcy practice on the Dashboard.  
  2. The purple bar chart under the Status of Cases shows the total attorney fees associated with all of your filed cases.
  3. When you enter a new case, you are asked to enter the total amount of the attorney fee you will be paid in the case.  
  4. If you need to edit this entry later, open the Client Tab in your client's case.
  5. Click on the field labeled "Total Atty Fee" and enter the correct number.


CaseDriver Expenses

  1. You can monitor all of the fees you pay to CaseDriver for your paralegal services.
  2. On the left margin of any page in CaseDriver you will find the CaseDriver Expenses link.
  3. The filters allow you to search by client or specific fee types.  The definition of the fee types is  below.
  4. You can search by individual Client or by Individual Types of Fees.  You can see the Fee Types below.
  5. The range filters allow you to determine how much you paid during any particular time period.
  6. If you have questions about how to use these filters and expense management tools set a meeting with CaseDriver management using the button below. 

LawPay Card Vault

  1. CaseDriver does not store your credit/debit card information.
  2. The card data you provide is stored by AffiniPay, the parent company of LawPay, in their secure PCI Compliant payment processing platform.
  3. You have authorized CaseDriver to automatically process payments using your card upon completion of events in your cases. 
  4. You must keep the card information current with LawPay.  
  5. If your card is set to expire soon or you would like a different card kept in file, please send an email to:  heath@casedriver.com or set a meeting with CaseDriver Management using the button below.

Expense Event Types

You will see many fee types listed in the dropdown menu.  The following types apply to the cases you will be giving to CaseDriver to manage:

  • CIM - Client Intake Meeting  (Standard Fee:  $100)
  • 7-F - Chapter 7 Filed or complete petition delivered for attorney/client signing (Standard Fee:  $315 subject to reduction with customization of your plan)
  • 13-F - Chapter 13 Filed or complete petition and plan delivered for attorney/client signing (Standard Fee: $340 subject to reduction with customization of your plan)
  • 13-C - Chapter 13 Plan recommended by trustee or ordered by judge for confirmation (Standard Fee:  $300)  If the confirmation hearing or order are continued beyond 90 days from the date of the 341 Meeting, the first $300 will be billed at that time unless the continuation is due to CaseDriver issues. 
  • 13-CW - 30 days following 13-C - set to align with first trustee disbursement  (Standard Fee:  $200)
  • CR - Credit Report (Standard Fee:  $48 / filer)
  • MOT - Motion work
  • Other - Miscellaneous Expenses - May include refunds or reductions
