Our Bankruptcy Paralegals experience exceptional training, flexible work hours and the ability to earn substantial income.   Qualified paralegals will start part time and can quickly move into full time work. If you can handle 3 to 5 new cases per week, you can earn more than $55k to $65k per year from home. You will work remotely, reporting to the attorneys who use the CaseDriver paralegal services and the CaseDriver management software. Duties and other job attributes include:

• Chapter 7 Case preparation from intake to filing and discharge.  
• Experience with either Bestcase or Jubilee petition drafting software.
• Perform intake interview.
• Point of contact for new clients, working directly with the representing attorney.
• Full case management including working with trustees and taking Chapter 13 cases to confirmation. We can train this skill as necessary.
• Trainable and proven to work well remotely and independently. Customer service skills are a must.
• Will train to work in jurisdictions nationwide.
• You are paid by the case as an independent contractor.
• CaseDriver is a national bankruptcy paralegal resource managed by a bankruptcy attorney.
• You will use the CaseDriver case management platform to automate your work and case flow.
