341 Client preparation - 341-Cp
1 Email to Client
- Send the Email as soon as the meeting is set on the case
- Go to the Client Information sub-menu on the Client Tab
- Select the 341 Reminder and Prep template in the Other section
- Go to the Docket tab to find the 341 Meeting Notice
- Right click the PDF link to save the link
- Paste the link into the email where indicated
- Populate the information for the meeting date and time if needed
- Paste the zoom or call information where indicated
- Add any other communication that is unique to the case making sure to include instructions if the clients will be required to show their ID and SSC
- Copy the attorney and insert this address into the cc field: email@casedriver.com
- Copy the full text of the email and paste as a note on the Notes tab
2 Text to Client
- Send Text as soon as the meeting is set on the case
- Go to the Texting tab and copy the text for the 341 Meeting Reminder
- Paste the text into the RingCentral app to start the text
- Replace the asterisks with the date and time of the meeting
- Go to the Docket tab to find the 341 Meeting Notice
- Right click the PDF link to save the link
- Paste the link where indicated in the text
- Paste the zoom or call information where indicated
- Copy the full text of the message and paste as a note on the Notes tab
- Preserve what you just copied so you can use it in the next step
3 Create Task
- Create the Task as soon as the meeting is set on the case
- Open the Tasks tab in the case to create a new task
- Set the due date for 2 days prior to the 341 meeting
- Select SMS and set the delivery date for 2 days prior to the meeting
- Select Appointment Reminder as the Type of task
- Select the client as the Assigned To party
- Paste the full text that you had sent in the prior Texting step which should include the time and date of the meeting, the information about how to join and the link for the notice
